Can my friends come and visit?
Absolutely! Guests must pay a guest fee and the number of people per site cannot exceed 8.
Can I arrive early and/or depart late?
Early arrivals and late departures involve a fee and are subject to availability. Early arrival does not guarantee site/cabin will be ready at time of arrival. Late departure does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site/cabin until departing from the park. Early arrival/late departure only guarantees extended access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. All campers must observe quiet hours by regulating their activities so that others will not be disturbed. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
Do you have RVs available to rent?
While we do not rent RVs ourselves, we do partner with RV Share, a peer-to-peer online RV rental service. Browse available RVs here, or list your RV here. With the rental of an RV from RV Share, you will still need to reserve a site.
Can I come tour the Camp-Resort before I book my stay?
Yes! Monday-Saturday from 8am to 6pm, feel free to stop by the Ranger Station.
Can I bring pool toys to play with in the pools?
Yes, you may bring small water toys (i.e. pool noodles). No rafts or full-size inflatables.
Where can I find information about themed weeks and weekends at the Camp-Resort?
Good question! You can find a list of our upcoming themed weeks and weekends here.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Pets are allowed free of charge at campsites and with an applicable fee for cabins. Maximum 2 pets per campsite/cabin. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times and are responsible for noise control and clean up. Hostile pets will be asked to leave the Camp-Resort. View our pet waiver here. Applicable fees for cabins:
|1 Night||2 Nights||3 Nights||4-7 Nights|
|Monthly||$250 one time fee.|
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
What is your smoking policy?
As a courtesy to all of our guests, smoking of any substance, (including vaping) is not allowed in any outdoor common areas (pools, pavilion, etc.) or indoor facilities (cabins, restrooms, recreation buildings, etc.). All of our cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on cabin porches and at campsites, but it must be confined to your designated site. Smoking of any substance besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy.
Are campfires allowed?
You bet! Please confine them to designated areas and do not leave them unattended. Firewood may not be brought into the park from an external location as it can spread bugs and pests to our trees. Firewood is available for purchase from our Camp Store during business hours.
Are fireworks allowed?
With the exception of sparklers, fireworks are not allowed at the Camp-Resort.
Can we cut down trees for firewood?
Trees – both living and dead – may not be cut down or damaged in any way. There will be a $200 per tree fine if damage occurs.
What is the speed limit?
The speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5 MPH. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
I am renting a cabin. What should I bring with me?
Great choice! Please bring towels (bath and kitchen), linens, grilling and cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and personal items. Our cabins with full-service kitchens (stove, refrigerator, microwave, and sink) have cooking pots & pans, a coffee maker, and table service for the number of people that the cabin sleeps (glasses, plates, bowls, tableware). Are you wondering if your cabin has a particular kitchen item? Please call our reservation staff to confirm based on the specific cabin type you have reserved.
This is my first time visiting Memphis Jellystone Park™. Is there anything I should know?
We are so excited to have you stay with us! There are a few optional items you can bring along to maximize the fun during your trip. For campfire cooking and tasty s’mores, you might want to bring roasting sticks and other utensils. You are also welcome to bring bicycles to help you get around the park. And keep in mind that while we do offer plenty of activities here at the park, there are many local attractions that your family may enjoy as well, which you can find on our Nearby Attractions page. If you have any questions about your upcoming stay, our friendly Reservations team is here to help! Feel free to give us a call at (662) 280-8282.
