Welcome to the Jellystone Park™ Guest Dashboard! Here, you’ll have access to all the information you need to have the best vacation ever. We hope your stay at our Camp-Resort exceeds expectations. If you have any concerns during your stay, please visit us at the Ranger Station or stop one of our staff members – we would love the opportunity to address them promptly to ensure your experience is nothing short of amazing.

Please help us practice social distancing during the check-in process by paying your balance and electronically signing your terms and conditions prior to arrival. Daily Activities

Guidelines & Availability for Amenities/Facilities

As a healthy guest, please follow these general guidelines:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently.
  • Practice social distancing by maintaining at least 6 feet distance from others.
  • Wear a mask or cover your cough/sneeze with your elbow or a tissue.

Guidelines & important information for our amenities & facilities: 

  • Our Ranger Station (store + reservations) will be limited to 10 guests at a time. Guest must follow social distancing guidelines both inside and outside of the Ranger Station.
  • The outdoor pool is open (Closed for the season): the number of guests in the pool area will be limited per government guidelines. Please, bring your own chairs and umbrellas to use. Adult swim is postponed until further notice.
  • Comfort Stations (restrooms) will be open 24/7.
  • The Laundry Facility will be open 24/7.
  • Gem mining is open with enhanced sanitizing procedures and social distancing guidelines.
  • The outdoor pavilion will be available with restrictions and social distancing signs will be posted.
  • The exercise room is open 24/7. Limited to 1 person at a time.
  • Activities such as basketball and Gaga Ball are available, but guests must bring their own equipment
  • The playgrounds are open. Please follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Pick up a scavenger hunt from the Ranger Station.

AC/Heat Instructions

Need a little help with your cabin’s AC/Heat? Here are some instructions! If you need additional assistance, feel free to stop by the Ranger Station!

Cabins 17-19 & 22-24:

    1. Air Conditioning: Thermostat should always be set to “AUTO”; Set “AIR/OFF/HEAT” switch to “AIR”; With the “UP/ DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature below the room temperature. (Do not set below 70 degrees.)

    2. Heating: Thermostat should always be set to “AUTO”; Set “AIR/OFF/HEAT” switch to “HEAT”; With the “UP/DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature above the room temperature.

Cabin 21:

  1. Operation of the AC & heat components are accomplished with the remote control located in it’s holder on the wall as you enter the hallway. Please follow the posted instructions to control the AC or heat.

Cabin 25:

1. Air Conditioning:
a. Thermostat should always be set to “AUTO”
b. Set “COOL/OFF/HEAT/EM.HEAT” switch to “COOL”
c. With the “UP/DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature below the room temperature.

(Do not set below 70 degrees. Doing so may result in the unit freezing up. You will be responsible for any service calls and repair costs.)

2. Heating:
a. Thermostat should always be set to “AUTO”
b. Set “COOL/OFF/HEAT/EM.HEAT” switch to “HEAT”
c. With the “UP/DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature above the room temperature.
d. Do not use the “EM.HEAT” setting. Doing so may result in the malfunction of the low-pressure relief valve, which will shut the unit down.

Cabins 141-144:

1. Air Conditioning:
a. Thermostat should always be set to “AUTO”
b. Set “COOL/OFF/HEAT/EMER” switch to “COOL”
c. With the “UP/DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature below the room temperature.

(Do not set below 70 degrees. Doing so may result in the unit freezing up. You will be responsible for any service calls and repair costs.)

b. Set “COOL/OFF/HEAT/EMER” switch to “HEAT”

Cabins 145-152 & 154-156:

The thermostat is located in the living room above the love seat. This thermostat does not control the heat in the winter, only AC in the Summer

c. With the “UP/DOWN” arrow keys, set the temperature below the room temperature.

Important Information Regarding Your Stay

  • Quiet hours: 10PM – 7AM.
  • Check-out is by 11AM for cabins and 1PM for campsites.
  • While at the park, make sure that a car tag is visibly displayed in all vehicles.
  • Wristbands must be worn during your stay.
  • Max 10 people per site.
  • No day camp passes available.
  • No visitors are allowed at your site.
  • For your convenience, curbside trash pick-up is available daily at 11AM. Please do not leave bagged garbage out overnight.

  • Firewood, ice, propane, and more is available for purchase at the Ranger Station.
