Trees – both living and dead – may not be cut down or damaged in any way. There will be a $200 per tree fine if damage occurs.
Can I arrive early or depart late?
Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee site/cabin will be ready or available at time of arrival. Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site/in cabin until departing from the Camp-Resort. Early access/extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability and involves a fee based on the time of check-in – please call for info. We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11AM, so please plan your travel accordingly.
What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

As a courtesy to all of our guests, smoking of any substance, (including vaping) is not allowed in any outdoor common areas (pools, pavilion, etc.) or indoor facilities (cabins, restrooms, recreation buildings, etc.). All of our cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on cabin porches and at campsites, but it must be confined to your designated site. Smoking of any substance besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are between 10PM – 7AM. All campers must observe quiet hours by regulating their activities so that others will not be disturbed. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.

Yes, you may bring small water toys (i.e. pool noodles). No rafts or full-size inflatables.

Great choice! Please bring personal necessities, all linens (sheets, towels and pool towels, and kitchen towels), outdoor grill utensils, paper towels, and food. We provide pillows, blankets, and (1) hand soap for the bathroom. Are you wondering if your cabin has a particular kitchen item? View more information on individual cabin types here.

This is my first time visiting Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort Memphis, is there anything I should know?
We are so excited to have you stay with us! There are a few optional items you can bring along to maximize the fun during your trip. For campfire cooking and tasty s’mores, you might want to bring roasting sticks and other utensils. You are also welcome to bring bicycles to help you get around the Camp-Resort. And keep in mind that while we do offer plenty of activities here at the Camp-Resort, there are many local attractions that your family may enjoy as well. You bet! Please confine them to designated areas and do not leave them unattended. Firewood may not be brought into the Camp-Resort from an external location as it can spread bugs and pests to our trees. Firewood is available for purchase from the Ranger Station during business hours.
